Please allow for 3-5 days to receive a tracking number for your Ash It! products. Shipping costs are associated with the current going rate from companies such as UPS, FedEx and USPS. As of now, we currently have no shipping restrictions and can ship worldwide. 

Return Policy

Did one of your products come broken or is not functioning properly? Feel free to send it back to us within 14 days from receiving the product to either get a refund or a replacement sent out to you.
